Recently, our company has been fully implementing the “Safety Production Month” work plan, centered around the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Can Handle Emergencies – Keeping Life Channels Clear.” We are actively conducting a series of activities as part of “Safety Production Month” to significantly enhance safety awareness among all employees, thoroughly strengthen the “safety defense line,” and provide a safety guarantee for our company’s high-quality development.
1.Show Respect, Uphold Boundaries, Carry Safety Responsibility on Our Shoulders
Our company held the 2024 "Safety Production Month" kick-off meeting to understand and implement the group's "Safety Production Month" kick-off meeting spirit and arrange and deploy the key tasks for the company's "Safety Production Month."
Chairman An Fengshou attended the meeting and emphasized that safety production work requires respect and caution, and strict adherence to the bottom line and red line of safety production. It is necessary to focus on key areas, understand the basics, and strengthen the fundamentals of safety production. Pay attention to details, adhere to the baseline, and integrate "safety" into all aspects of operations. Strengthen awareness and improve literacy to fundamentally enhance employees' proactivity in preventing safety risks.
Our company leadership team members individually visited various production and operation units to attend their morning shift meetings. During the meetings, the heads of these units conveyed the spirit of the group's "Safety Production Month" kickoff meeting. They also put forth requirements centered on "Respect and Fear, Implement Actions, Identify Key Areas, Understand Basics, Focus on Details, Adhere to Baseline, Strengthen Awareness, and Improve Literacy." Unit team leaders explained the "Safety Production Month" theme to their team members.
2.Strengthen Awareness, Build Defense Lines, Promote Safety Awareness in Teams
Our company organized various teams to conduct a series of activities, including "Safety Production Discussions," "People Sharing Their Stories," "Online Knowledge Quizzes," "Comprehensive Safety Training," "Watching Safety Warning Films," "Emergency Rescue Drills," and "Drawing Emergency Evacuation Maps." These activities aim to enhance the on-site employees' emergency response and escape abilities, significantly improving their safety awareness and skills.
Through promotional activities such as "Safety Awareness Consultation Day" and "Safety Comic Collection," our company set up exhibition boards on safety production laws and the theme of Safety Production Month, conducted on-site safety consultations, and increased safety promotion efforts through multiple channels, ensuring that safety awareness is deeply ingrained in everyone's mind.
3.Strengthen the basics, address shortcomings, and ensure safety supervision at the frontline
Our company, in conjunction with the three-year action plan for fundamental safety improvements, has organized a special inspection and rectification action led by the company's and operating units' main leaders. This action focuses on key areas, critical points, weak links, and densely populated places. It includes supervising and inspecting to comprehensively identify major accident hazards such as habitual violations, illegal activities, and safety management defects. This effort aims to pinpoint safety weaknesses and ensure that safety risks are controlled and managed effectively.
